Homegrown and made Rhubarb Pie

Yum. Homemade rhubarb pie. Even better with homegrown rhubarb and homemade pastry. I used this (click here) easy pastry recipe, and cooked up the rhubarb with sugar on the stove until tender. Then I mixed the rhubarb with some of my grandma's homemade blackberry jam, spread it in the pastry shell, and made a crumble topping. Highlight of the day for sure.
